D:\\is not a valid win32 application on vista

i have just rebooted my packard bell imedia system with windows vista and service pack 2 and now i am getting an error message when i try to run cd's in my dvd/cd drive

d:\is not a valid win32 application

any help

I think you're computer's saying that app that's supposed to run automatically when you put in the CD doesn't work in Windows, at least in the Windows version you're using? Were you able to use the app before?
