i personally think that OC anything makes it lose its value because it shortens the life of the component no matter how stable it is.

plus how long have u had this computer?

Depends on who you're selling it to. I've had OC'd machines running 24/7 longer than stock ones. I'd pay more for a known OC'd G0 Q6600 than a B3 out of an HP anyday. Jack Naylor's about right with his little algorithm there, sad to say. You'll get more selling it piece by piece.
