A few recommendations:
RAM: I would go with these G.SKILL Ripjaws 4GB(2x2GB) DDR3 1333 with Cas7 timings. You get more benefit in RAM with tighter timings.

HDD: I would go with this PSU (Corsair CMPSU 450VX 450W PSU, which is 100 times better than the one you listed. You don't want to skimp on your PSU.

presumably its a gaming pc since you have a gaming gfx card

then i would replace the propus quad core with a Phenom 555 BE .
Its might be a dual core but most unlock the other two cores with a simple BIOS change . Even if you get the short straw two cores at higher speed is a better gaming solution

google unlocking phenom cores to see how easy this really is

I'd toss the Case and PSU. Can't match the $50 proce tag of those.....but I wouldn't get less than this:
