  1. Your links are broken...

Fix the links and I recommend post the components names below or above the links.
  2. HP 24x multiformat DVD burner black SATA model 1270i lighscribe support
    Steel ATX mid-tower computer case
    Seagate Barracudam 7200.12 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
    Acer 5ms Widescreen LCD monitor
    Gigabyte GA-770t-USB3 AM3 AMD 770 USB3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
    Radeon HD 5770 128-bit GDDR5 PCI - Express 2.0X 16 HDCP Ready CrossfireX Supported

    AMD Athlon II X4 630 PROPUS 2.8GHZ Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor
    Power Coard
  3. A few recommendations:
RAM: I would go with these G.SKILL Ripjaws 4GB(2x2GB) DDR3 1333 with Cas7 timings. You get more benefit in RAM with tighter timings.

HDD: I would go with this PSU (Corsair CMPSU 450VX 450W PSU, which is 100 times better than the one you listed. You don't want to skimp on your PSU.
  4. presumably its a gaming pc since you have a gaming gfx card

then i would replace the propus quad core with a Phenom 555 BE .
Its might be a dual core but most unlock the other two cores with a simple BIOS change . Even if you get the short straw two cores at higher speed is a better gaming solution

google unlocking phenom cores to see how easy this really is
  5. errr... Will going to a 450W be a bad idea? I heard you should use at least 600W...
  6. I need the money as LOW as possible, so going up from $850 will not work
  7. the os is $75
  8. I'd toss the Case and PSU. Can't match the $50 proce tag of those.....but I wouldn't get less than this:
