New System Reboots while gaming

I have built this system few days ago, with some old parts.

Spec:
CPU: Phenom II X4 955
MB: Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H
RAM: OCZ DDR3 1066 2GB x 2
Display: XFX Radeon HD5770
PSU: 510w (OLD)
HDD: 3 x SATA HDD (OLD)

I have used Bad Company 2 to test it. After i have played a few minutes, the system will have the following results.

1. System freeze with a black screen
2. Jump out to desktop and the game closed
3. Blue Screen (Page fault in nonpage area / IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL)

Please help ...I have tried to solve this problem for three days..

Sounds like a heat issue. Download speedfan and see how it's going while running the game.

Culprit #2 would be memory. Remove one of the dimms and try each one at a time. Try different dimm sockets.

Last but not least could be a subpar/old psu not adequately providing power.

I have tried others games.. (PES 2010, Counter-Strike Source), they runs smoothly.

However, when i test my system with 3DMark06. It did not finish the test and my system freeze..

The PSU brand is "2TheMax" (Brand in Asia).

I guess it was not the problem of heat, below is speed fan log. Sorry for so messy..

I saw that -12V that counter...is -2.9...
Is it weird?...

Never heard of that brand...
You should ask somebody else for the -2.9 i dont understand that stuff so well.

I guess it is not the problem of PSU, as i try another PSU (Delta 550W). The situation is the same..

I have also tried run with 1 Ram...the result is the same.
