Hi, so I've got an i7 965 extreme with a freezer extreme Rev.2 along with a Powercolor HD 5870, a 6GB triple channel kit a 650GB barracuda seagate HDD and a regular DVD rom drive all sitting on the intel DX58SO motherboard. My question is...... is my 650W PSU enough for all of the said components to run at peek efficiency without any issues arising now or in the future?

If it's a bargain bin explodo model, no. If it's a brand name premium quality unit, maybe.

See the system in my 'member configuration'. The Thermaltake TP 700w has 4 12v 18A rails and has been running the system for a couple of years. I had 2 Radeon 4850's in crossfire for a year. So, I would give the Antec 650w a go. If excessive heat or system crashes occur, look at the PSU as being inadequate.
