I putted thermal paste on cpu but the temp is still high

Did you apply too much paste? What CPU, HSF, temperature and ambient temperature?

Why too much? Put one dot or i preferd line 1/3 from CPU size and pres with HSF.
It's done.

-Too much paste don't work better.......

less is more in this case

try googling on how to apply the paste on your specific CPU
