Monitor issue

My problem: When I boot my computer on my main monitor (Insignia NS20WLCD) Energy star and what not comes up, but after the windows loading screen it goes black and that's it. The monitor works fine under safe mode, and my other monitor (this one) works for everything. It stopped working after I changed the resolution and no one else seems to have a clue what to do

Try updating your driver with the latest one...

Tried that.. Latest Catalyst is installed

does the monitor support the resolution you set it to? what was the resolution.

Doesn't seem to matter what the resolution it is set to. Set it to whatever with the working screen, turn off, switch to the other monitor by changing the cable over and it goes black at the log in screen. As in the log in screen never shows after windows loads
