I have the following memory in my system. My question is, should I have the same type and manufacture in all slots? (I get a few of parity errors and when I installed Windows 7 my sound crashed. Thank you.)

Solution
The problem seems to be that 1. you are placing all Single Channel RAM into Dual Channel configurations; I know the Corsair are not a matched set and non-ECC, and 2. the Infineon seem to be ECC type RAM.

If I'm correct then at best your need to disable the Parity checking in the BIOS and hope it will all work. However, if that option is not available and the Infineon are ECC type then you'll need to replace one of the 2 'sets'.

667 MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v ECC / 1 - 64T128020HU3SA
667 MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v ECC / 2 - 64T128020HU3SA
667 MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v non-ECC / 3 - VS1GB667D2
667 MHz 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v non-ECC / 4 - VS1GB667D2
