I have run a Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor Report and get the following exception items.

Realtek RTL8187 Wireless 802.11b/g 54 bps USB 2.0 Network Adapter STATUS: Action recommended.

Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 STATUS: Not Compatible.

I have looked for correction procedures buy have not been able to find any. I was wondering will these two exceptions stop me from installing 64-bit Windows 7.

Welcome to Tom's Forums! :)

I would ONLY recommend a CLEAN install with Windows 7, and during the installation disconnect ALL extra devices connected to the MOBO e.g. USB Wireless Adapter.

Updates:
Realtek RTL8187 Wireless update driver {verify your version B or L -> http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?...

Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 -> Uninstall; Windows will install the correct version.
