Power plugs on the board.

I have a Dell XPS 700. My question is this, I was moving the plugs for the Hard Drives around and noticed a deep blue plug can any one tell me what it is for. Thank you. The board is a 0YF432 from Dell. Second can anyone tell me were I can find a diagram that explains the components.

1) In my experience with Dell, the "deep blue plug" is the main SATA port for hard drives, which should correspond with SATA_0.
