Pst deluxe v2 cpu cooler test

Hello,
i have a 975 cpu chip with a termaltake all copper v1 cooler.the layout of the board forces me to install the cooler where it blows out the towards the back of the case which creats backpressue inside the case with idle temp of 45 degrees celsius. is there a cooler that will blow towards the top of the case ?

Think you can turn that fan the other direction or mount on other side ??

the design of the mb holes and cooler brackets prohibit mounting any other way. i will keep looking for other cpu coolers. thanks for your reply.
the case is a lian li pc a-17.
