I am thinking about upgrading my computer. I want to buy 2 more DDR2 ram and radeon 5770 to replace 8800 GTS.

I am wondering if my CPU will be bottleneck.

Here's my current spec.

CPU – INTEL E6420 (No OC yet, I am using auto OC feature supported by mainboard)
Mother Borad - GIGABYTE GA-P35C-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35, supports DDR2/DDR3
Memory - G.Skill 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800(PC2 6400), 4-4-4-12, 2.0V-2.1V
GPU - EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR 8800GTS
PSU - SEASONIC SS-550HT

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

It won't bottleneck the 5770 card.

It won't bottleneck 5770 when it will be overclocked a bit.

Like a 3Ghz OC will give you awesome performance.

Before buying a 5770 just OC your processor and see if you get a boost in games with 8800GTS...

Getting 2GB RAM is a good idea :)

An OC to 3GHz won't give him awesome performance only if he games at 1024x768.

My LCD monitor's resolution is 1650x1050. LCD TV's 1900x1080. In this case, is it worth it?
