Need Help Building PC

I Bought a 1050T AMD processor on black Friday for 80 dollars and now I have a processor sitting in my room I cant use it without an amd Motherboard So I need help Finding a good Motherboard that Supports x6 Processors and ddr3 1600 ram Cause I need to get some new memory too. My Budget is about 200 dollars but ill spend 250 If i have too. If anyone can Help find me a good motherboard and fast memory with low cas latency that would be great. I heard lower cas latency is faster for example 6-6-8-24 Is faster than 9-9-9-24

I'm using the gskill 9-9-9-24 and it performs fine at 1600; I wouldn't spend a premium for faster timings; instead get 8 gb if you plan on running windows 64. For your motherboard, do you already have a good video card, or will you be using onboard video to start? Using newegg.com or someone else?
