do you hve antivirus installed, sounds like your windows in infected..
get avira antivirus or MS security essential or any thing you trust & do complete scan*********

you can't reinstall system32.. its part of operating system not an application to re install ...
but you can repair it ,just follow the tutorial

Perhaps instead of booting up, then inserting the disk, you should put the disk in, then restart.
Then, instead of having to rely on autorun, you can just "press any key to boot from CD", when that message appears, and install (I'm assuming you meant "Windows XP, 32-bit).
