Hello I have Asus M4a88tdv-evo USB3 motherboard and AMD phenom ii X6 1090T processor and OCZ3G1333LV2G Ram and Cooler Master HAF 932 and its GX sersies 750W supply .GPU=GTX 470

i have latest bios installed 1601 from asus website

i am running my ram at 1.65 Volts at DRam Frequency 1333 MHz with timings 9-9-9-20

Everything is sufficiently cool
this is as prescribed by the website but still there are many problems.

Randomly my computer hangs and all i can do is a restart. This does not happen even on gaming on high settings or when i do benchmark gpu,cpu anything on full load
nothing happens then but at any random time it freezes suddenly.
One or two times i have got BSOD also but now after changing bios settings to preffered settings there aren't any.
But system hangs at random times sometime even at idle situation.

I have checked with memtest 86 but no errors there also tested with windows memory diagonist toolin which i got hardware problems found but this happened 2 out of 5 times.
Nothing is overclocked and nothing is overheating and no virus(Kaspersky IS 2011)
.I have ran AMD OverDrive stability test for an hour and everything was fine and also furmark gpu stability test was ok too.

i think problem is in ram or its BIOS settings.
plz help with some information to remove my problem
