This is my first computer build and Im not sure if these parts will work out. Also can you recommend a PSU unit or the wattage? My budget is $1000 and a little over. Would you change or add anything? These are my parts.

There's a sticky to follow on the forum page heading "new builds"

Having said that I don't see any major problems with it. I think the mobo is a bit high for 790gx. I wouldn't pay more than $100.
I personally like the samsung f3 hard drives.
Also I think you're paying too much for the video card, you can get an HD4850 for around $100.

I think there are better coolers than the freezer 7 pro, but thats just IMHO.

Batuchka, that build is hard to improve upon. Get it, get it and then get it some more!

You didn't include a cooler though, you may want to get one. An Arctic Freezer indeed isn't a great choice. The Coolermaster 212 is just a little bit more expensive and far better at cooling. Personally, I love the Scythe Mugen 2. Excellent cooler, very silent and still relatively affordable, although more expensive than the 212.
