I can not play my FIFA09 , i need help

how can I download a graphic card that will allow me to play FIFA09?

Er... Long story short:

Graphic cards are not Software, they are Hardware, hence, they have to be buyed and assembled physically into your computer (i.e. you have to buy a "thing" for your computer so it can run FIFA09).
