4gb registering as 2gb?

I have 4 GB of DDR3 installed and I'm running Windows 7, 32 bit. When I go to system information it shows 2047 MB of physical memory and 2048 MB of virtual memory, with 4095 MB of total memory.

Should I be concerned that it's only recognizing 2 gigs of physical memory? Am I running at my full 4gb capacity?

Right-click on My Computer, choose Properties.
What's written in the RAM section?

Somesort like this,..
4.00 GB installed (2.00 GB usable)

it says 4gb installed. 3.25 gb usable. so that means i'm using all 4gb?

Nice, thanks a lot. Yeah I'm running a 5770 HD with 1gb onboard. Now I want 64 bit windows to utilize the lost memory.
