Hello, guys, I ordered a new Computer two days ago, I picked this Gigabyte: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... because if has Sata 3 and USB 3, but after reading so many reviews most of them where bad, most of the people had Memory / RAM errors, and also they heard these weird noises at night which I think are capacitors that might blow up.

Should I change it for the Asus I linked below if something is really wrong with it? is USB 3.0 and Sata 3 worth it?

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Well exist two things here:

1- The gigabyte mobo don't support USB 3.0 when you have Crossfire.
2- The ASUS is more expensive for less characteristics like USB 3.0 and SATA III.

Take a look of this mobo.

That mobo is the best mobo that you can get. But like MadAdmiral says in your other thread, you can test with the X58A-UD3R and if don't meet your requirements RMA and get the ASUS P6X58

Hmm, How does RMA work? I know its something about Return Merchandise Authorization... Can I just use the RMA option just to return it and get another mobo? Or does the mobo have to be damaged and have something wrong going on with it for sure??? o.O

^Yeah, you can return it without any damage. Just bear in mind that that specific situation (when you return a product without damage) have a deadline.

Take a look of this return policies of newegg http://www.newegg.com/HelpInfo/ReturnPolicy.aspx
