How to fix speedstep Q6600 nForce 630i

i have trouble with my Cpu, it will not go over 1600mhz. even when my Cpu are working at 100% under benchmarks. i have tried to turn speedstep off, with turning off Eist C1E in the bios, and set the power settings in windows to always on, with no success. my motherboard is MSI P6NGM-FD, nForce-630i+GF7100, m-ATX,

What happens if you set all the settings manually in the bios?

i have found the problem, it whas to much dust on the cpu fan. so the cpu made to much heat.
