Okay, so my job has me living most of the year in the Philippines but then I travel back to NY for a month or two each year. I am sort of going the "Up in the Air" route and selling or letting friends borrow most of my possessions like my bedroom set and such. One thing that I can't really live without though is a computer so I have justified buying a new desktop for gaming. I have a gaming laptop (c2duo processor, 4 gigs of ram, 9600 nvidia) but I honestly don't like gaming or even doing excel work on a laptop. This time around I am going to buy a new desktop, give my current one to my friend across the hall, and then buy a new monitor in the Philippines.

This is what I am thinking so far:
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W

SAPPHIRE 100282-3SR Radeon HD 5850

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4P LGA 1156

Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield

Intel X25-M Mainstream SSD 2.5" 80GB SATA II

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212

So basically a i5-750 5850 build with only 4gig of 7 CAS ram (I will upgrade to 8gigs soon- unfortunately I will be leaving the country soon and I do not get my next commission check until April 16th). I will also probably get a TB of storage room to go along with the SSD (this will hold my windows 7 64bit, excel, and maybe a game or two). How does this look?

What I need from you guys is a case recommendation. I plan on bringing it on an international flight so I want something lightweight that can fit all of my components and keep them cool, yet still be sturdy (I will bring it on as carry on if at all possible).

hate to bump this but I will be leaving the country soon and need to know.

btw, has anyone actually taken a computer tower on a plane as carry on before? I called TSA and they said it would be allowed most likely- which doesn't say much to me. I wonder if there is a nice bag or something that could hold the computer so i could store it in the overhead.. anyone know?
