Unplugged pc now getting disk boot failure

Hello,
today i was on a pc game when i accidently unplugged my pc form the outlet,now when i turn the pc on i get a "disk boot failure,insert system disk and press enter" now i checked cables connected to hd and everything seems ok but when i turn on the pc few seonds before that message i hear a faint sound which sound kinda like a weezy car trying to turn on ,,its very feint though...do i need a new hard drive?

You probably just need to run Windows Repair. I doubt that physically damaged the drive.... but none the less it is slightly possible.

I'd run Windows repair - most likely a couple of boot files got corrupted in the sudden power off. Pretty simple and quick repair...
