Mass storage driver

Hello,
can not find mass comptroller driver. Using wind 7 pro. sometimes my external drive is not recognized. Has yellow note in device manager.

Have you installed all drivers for your controllers (mainboard drivers, usb drivers, scsi drivers, etc.)?

Is the external HDD for backup ? Anyways you might need a driver for that device. or the HD might have fat/fat32 and needs to be NTFS

External drive is used for hard drive backup images. It's formatted in NTFS. The drive does not have a driver. It uses asus motherboard storage controller - Marvell 64xx/63xx SAS Controller.
