OC'in Phenom II X4 945 on stock cooler?

I was wondering what a safe/stable clock speed would be for my Phenom II X4 945 on its stock cooler, also once i do OC it whats a safe temp for my cpu?

Hi

You'll want to keep the temps below 55C and the voltage below 1.5V.

I'd recommend running prime 95 at stock settings and monitor the temps with a program like Hardware Monitor to see if you actually have any headroom (in terms of temperature) to overclock at all.
