NEED Help with Dell Optiplex gx 150

Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade an older computer that we have to play a certain game on. I need to know how far of an upgrade for a graphics card can I go with this older computer. I noticed most of the games require better graphics cards, but I also know that the power supply has to be able to handle the upgrade. Any suggestions on what cards may be compatible with this system are greatly appreciated. The computer currently has a Nvidia Geforce 5200

I looked up what type of chipset you have on your Dell of Wikipedia, it has an 815E. It's its ten year anniversary! Your looking at AGP 4x as tops, you have little hope of playing modern games at your monitors res above low detail level. Anyway I need to know how big your power supply is, the metal brick attached to the power cord to the wall. I need to know how many Watts it supports, the max amps on the +12V rail, and whether you have a old big tower or a slimmer one.
