Will Powercolor AX5450 512MD2-SD Radeon HD 5450 Run 3 displays?

I know this is a low end card but I do not play any games. I just want a card that can run 3 displays for web surfing.

Will this video card run 3 displays? One of my displays has a display port.

It also says the card is fanless. Does this mean it does not use up my system power. I only have a 300 watt power supply in my computer. Will I need to upgade the power supply?

No it will still use up system power but it will not make any noise as it has no fan,
