Hello,
I have a friend that I am trying to help. He had the FBI Money pac virus and I was able to remove it and all of its components. Then I discover that his BFE was gone and the Widows firewall and security center is missing from his services.
I then found in the system Configuration/ services. two programs that I don't understand. @%SystemRoot%\system32\bfe.dll,-1001 and @%SystemRoot%\System32\wscsvc.dll,-200
I had him disable both of them. has anyone seen this before.

but sometimes viruse hit them
so try this

install it and run it then update it if it asked
then perform full scan to whole computer partions from safe mode
