Cant restore my computer

Hello,
any one help me that why can't i restore my computer? it says that system restore is not completed it could be because of your antiviruse is still running. so desable the antivirus and try again.
so how can i do it??

There are different ways to restore. How are you attempting to restore ?
1 - Restore from CD ?
2 - Factory restore ?
3 - Windows Restore using system tools ?
