I have a amd phenom 2 955be cpu on a asus crosshair 3 formula mobo, with two 5850's crossfired, my 3dmark vantage overall score is P17720, my graphics score is 20647, does anyone have a similiar configuration, can you tell me if this is about right? thanks

3.2 overclocked to 3.6 with cpu level up, I want to go to 3.8b but I think that requires a voltage change, also in ccc in says my max overclock is 775/1100 for the gpu is there any way to override this, they are oem sappire radeon hd5850's

I should not have to change anything in regards to my cpu overclock in the bios correct?

Well I tried afterburner,but when I hit apply settings it restord everthing to factory defaults, is this due to the cards? they say in ccc that max is775/1125?

I got P18183 3DMarks.

CPU: 15917 GPU: 19089

Using below setup minus 2GB of RAM (still trying to convince myself to RMA). :)

My 4890s were clocked at 935mhz core / 1050 (4200mhz) memory

Did you edit the MSIAfterburner.cfg file and change the line from:

EnableUnofficalOverclocking = 0

to

EnableUnofficalOverclocking = 1

If not then when you try to overclock... it will reset you to default.

Yes I did change it, however my values still restore to default, perhaps its because I'm using cpu level up on my asus crosshair 3 mobo, which I know automatically adjusts several things? maybe?

CPU Level up shouldn't affect your video card.

Can you overclock any at all with the Catalyst CCC?
