Is my system config fit for playing all the latest games @ 1600*900

Looks good. Maybe bump the ram up to 4 gigs. Since ram is pretty cheap. Besides that, looks like a capable system.

You should have a great time gaming with that system. The more CPU dependent titles might choke a bit on your CPU speed, but overall, you should be able to game with some nice graphics settings and fluidity. Enjoy!

Your system is fine for that resolution.
Even my E7300 and 9800GT does well at that resolution

You can think about upgrading RAM to 4GB
