Processor Memory Type?

Intel i7950 processor's memory type is DDR3-800/1066.Does this mean rams of 1333Mhz or higher are incompatible with the processor?

No. The motherboard determines what speed your ddr3 can run. Most x58 boards will run up to 1600, but some will default to the lower speed of 1066. You may have to go into the bios and use the manual setting to run at 1333 or 1600.
