Thank you.

^ Well you can stick with Intel - i5 750...IMO is a very good gaming CPU...
With that you can go cheaper too...
Some suggestions -
1. CASE - That case might be little cramped if you install long cards as they would interfere with the HDD cage...And also you can save some money her by going with these alternatives...
Antec 300 Illusion + Antec EA 650
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.345228

2. CPU + Mobo -
This mobo also supports SLI...So maybe get another used GTX 260 in SLI...

3. RAM -

4. CPU Cooler - Cheaper and comparable performance...

I don't think I want a CPU and MB with no later upgrade capability, plus P55 support only DDR 2, it will downgrade my system with 20-30% I guess. I would like to keep the i7 and DD3.
The case is about the same, and antec 300 is to ugly xD ... thanks for your help !!!

exactly, no gamer, and i mean no gamer till this day utilize or need more than the Phenom II 965 or Intel i5 750, with that said, you have $900 to spend, sure x58 and a 930 is nice, if you like mid settings in most games, because after spending $500 on mobo, cpu and memory all you gonna get for a video card is a 5770 and i think thats pushing it.

get the i5 750 which beat AMD flagship 965 in most apps, although the 965 put up really well in most games, but not by much frames anyways.

get a 5850 and cooler master cm690 as the antec is to ugly, i think you wont mind paying extra for looks, your budget sucks, and you need to more concern of you performance than your looks.

Next, RESEARCH! you NEED to know what the hell we are recommending you, and how you expect to build with no knowledge, it would of been really funny see you buy ddr2 and 1156 socket motherboard, try to put it in the ram slots, and then see you post why isnt your pc working...any how, im not trying to offend you but help you, sometimes comments like these wake you up from your fantasy and the little world we get caught in sometimes.

Final advice, listen to Gkay or midadmiral (if he post) they get best answer most of the time, and these are the best people Toms Hardware have to help you, not everyone posted after seeing Gkay, we mostly know they can handle this by themselves, so its no need for anyone else to post anything.
