Change mouse wheel function

Hello, I changed the mouse wheel function to zoom in and out, but now can't remember where I did it because I want to reverse that action. Not in Control Panel, Firefox add-ons or Tweakui that I can see. I have Windows XP

There might be something under the cotrol panel/accessibility section.
