Hit F2 at startup - make CD drive 1st in boot sequence.
Boot from windows CD and repair the OS.

Alternatively, go Start then Run and type msconfig into the Open box and hit Enter. Click the StartUp tab in the next form and find then untick the entry that causes the script. As it may have been introduced by malware, run all your scans as soon as possible after fixing the problem.
