Will this setup overheat in general?

I'm looking at making the following build:

i5 3570k - hoping to OC to around 4.2 or 4.3 Ghz

I was originally going to install a ton of fans and do air cooling, but realized I could get this liquid cooler for the same price.

I know it will not provide any cooling for the video card, which from the most recent review on this website seems to run a bit hot. Am I good with just liquid cooling the CPU and running the stock exhaust fan or do you think I'll have heat issues?

Save yourself some money and buy this:

and then fill the case fan slots to provide max airflow. Those side fans will blow outside air strait onto the GPU so you shouldnt really need to worry about it.

The H50 is a total waste of money, that Hyper 212 I just linked to will do a better job for less.
