High Idle Temps

Hi, I recently built a new PC with an i3-2120 and I was getting 48 degrees c on the BIOS screen.
I'm using the stock cooler, but I know that this is high even for the stock cooler.
What is the cheapest way for me to get to >30 degrees at idle?
Would I need a new cooler or something else?

I would propose here that you might add a fan or two to your case as a start and check that your heatsink is fully seated

also, the temp in the bios is idle at the base frequency of your cpu. idle in the os maybe lower due to power saving features.
