Samsung 830, which mode in Bios Help

Hi all, I recently purchased the Samsung 830, 128GB version.
I am trying to set it up in Bios.
which mode do I use?
Here are the choices:
Native IDE
RAID
AHCI
I also have one more hard drive, its not SSD. its just regular HDD, Seagate 500GB 7200 RPM.
Wondering which mode would be the optimal mode.
