PC for video editing

Hello,

I will mainly be using Adobe Premiere for editing, also Photoshop and Vegas, I won't be using this system for gaming. Please let me know what you think of the build - I need help choosing a cheaper but as effective graphics card, suggestions for the case and just general comments :)

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: video editing, photo editing, surfing, music, word processing, watching movies

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS)

PARTS PREFERENCES: by brand or type (e.g.: I would like to use an Intel CPU & 500W+ case, preferably simple, black)

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: (Need to have a FireWire, RAID support and graphics card that supports two screens)

    I also thought about two of these but my PSU can't push them and they would be overkill so ... one of these, for the 1st 16x slot, (plus a GT220 as 2nd).
