NEED OPINON

HELLO FRIENDS,
I just wanna know about the memory. I am planning to buy ddr3 memory but kinda tight on budget. I selected this model :

Ripjaws DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600mhz (PC3 12800) F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL

Motherboard is :
Asus m4a88td-v Evo

CPU is :
Amd Phenom ii x4 965BE

All i want to know is , should i get 1600mhz ddr3 Ram with cl9. Some 1 said that there is no difference between 1333 & 1600mhz ddr3 ram performance at cl9 . IS that true? I will be using the rig for multimedia and gaming purpose. Plz reply as soon as possible.

All RAM will work at 1333 unless you overclock and there's no real difference. But that 1600 RAM is cheap so get it. Or this one, slightly faster due to better timings
