M61pme-s2p problems.blue &white lined screen at start up

Hello,
hi ,,have blue and white screen strips after windows xp starts goes into load up screen normal till then then strips then monitor clicks it then goes black it could be from mother board yet screen works on the onboard graphics .VGA card is ok when runing in another computer and motherboard the same setup

We need more info here... CPU, RAM, Mobo, VGA, PSU, Monitor?
