ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

A little worried I have been tweaking over build for a while now. Almost have enough to finish build just want to make sure I have a good build going. I am considerning the 890 chipset but like the features of the M479T Deluxe. This is the best I can come up with for $700. Please share your opinions.

Solution
IMO look to manipulate h/w to accommodate a HD 5850 for Full HD as the gains are worth it ^^ High priced CF board with big PSU? Not worth it IMO
Well the 890GX is a better option...what made the FX attractive ? x16x16 for graphisc ? Well there are many articles which have proved that for graphic cards even HD 5870, it wont matter if they run at x8x8 config...

And as for overclocking, even these chipsets are good enough to reach 4GHz...

Here is my selection of components...
CPU + Mobo

RAM - Even these are fine...
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211409

PSU + Graphics - XFX 650W + XFX HD 5830
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.360246

Total - $700 And the PSU has $20 off w/ promo code XFX65, ends 4/5 and also $30 Mail-In-Rebate
-> $650
