Which Crucial M4?

I'm looking at getting the 128GB Crucial M4 for a new build. For some reason, however, Newegg lists several different versions that seem exactly the same to me. How do the following differ?

good question. though i wouldn't rely on a stock image of a product. but one is BAA and the third is 7mm (what is 7mm?)

Seems like the first one's vanilla, the second's thin and the third comes with a 3.5" adapter, which may or may not be necessary depending on your case's features.

Given that this is going into a Corsair 550D, I suppose I should go with option 1 (vanilla). Right?
