Do you have both installed at once or one at a time?

Do you have the right power connectors plugged into the 9800GTX?

Do you have a compatible driver for the 9800GTX?

Does it show up by it's self without the 8800GTS? If so, than we can narrow it down to a motherboard/Nvidia Chipset issue, where it doesn't like the two different cards. The Gigabyte isn't a Nvidia Chipset / SLI, so it reads the different cards, plus not as "buggy" as the Nvidia baordsZ

i've flashed the bios thinking maybe that would bring up the card but no luck... maybe because the 8800 is a G80 And the 9800 G92 could be the problem i've did a google search the card has been running on this board

1) Try avoid posting in all CAPS, as it states yelling.

2) Does it show up in your Device Manager (you might have stated this but not clear to me)?

3) Does the card work without the 8800 GTS or 9800GX2 installed? If not, it is a card issue so look to RMA.

4) Does it show up when in the 1st (closest to CPU) PCIe x16 slot and the 9800GGX2 in the 2nd slot?

5) Why in the world do you want to mix three cards? I believe the Nvidia Control Panel / Drivers can only support two different cards, not three, as you are trying.
