I just bought a N460GTX Cyclone 768D5 Graphics card, Intel Core i5 760, and Corsair XMS3 CMX4GX3M2A2000C9 RAM Module - 4 GB 2 x 2 GB - DDR3 SDRAM. I have Extreme Power pluse 700W my budget for the motherbord is around $200-$300
Asus makes the P7P55D-E for $119.99 after rebate at newegg. No sli for this board, but apparantly there are compromises when using sli and usb 3.0 or sata 6.0. With your power supply, one video card is all it can handle.
With $200+ budget for a motherboard, I would look at an ASUS P7P55D-E Pro (if you can find in stock) or EVGA P55 FTW 200, at the higherend. This will give you options to SLI down the road, if need be (newer PSU is recommended).
