Gtx 295 and 9500GT which ine is better?

a 9500 gt is $60

Depends what you want out of a graphics card. The 295 is far superior to the 9500. But if you don't play games with the highest res and all the bells and whistles the 9500 will suit your need for about a fifth the price. If money is no object, sure the 295 is a beast but it's your money.

It goes like this . if ur gonna stuck to xp 32-bit. i would highly recommend 9800gt . but if ur os is windows 7 . i recommend gtx 295 . which os ur currently using ?. with xp 32-bit things will be working fine with 9800gt and direct x 9.0 in that case why spend on gtx295. gtx 295 is damn! costly anyway.

windows 7 has got direct x11 , many of my friends have got compliblity prob with that and moreover gtx295 is directx10 .
