Black screen

hi evry body i have aproblem :
my os is windows 7
processor is 64 bit cure 2 due
i already reinstall my os and i did not use any programme or connect to the internet to be sure its emty from any type of viruse
take the problem :
when i start the cpu the black screen its take a long time and then entire to the os the time which take its 4 sec its so much
please whats my problem >>>>>
