i installed the sdd today

but this message keeps appearing

It is absolutely normal if that auxiliary controller is enabled. Let me look up your motherboard manual...

The red ports are on a Jmicron controller, the white ports are on another Jmicron controller. Move the SSD to the southbridge ports, which are... Gray. And Port 1 is... See the picture on page 2-31 of the manual ( http://usa.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1156/Maximus_III_Formula/#download )
If this is coming up during the BIOS boot, and if it goes away on its own after a few seconds, ignore it. Or you could move the SSD. My guess is that you attached it to an SATA port controlled by the auxiliary controller, not the southbridge. Personally, I would move it to port one of the southbridge.

What motherboard do you have, which SATA port is the SSD attached to, and what is the flying speed of an unladen European swallow?

my motherboard is asus maximus formula 3

and the sata is attached to the red sata bridge in the mother board

yeah it goes after 3 seconds is it normal ?
