AMD FX-6100 or FX-6300

I'm looking at upgrading my CPU/Memory/Motherboard before upgrading to Windows 8
I already have memory (Corsair 2X4GB DDR3 2133, 1.5v, 9-11-10-30)
I had wanted to get the AMD FX-6300 as the new CPU.
But, currently my local Fry's has a AMD FX-6100 with Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard combo for $160.
I'm I likely to get a little overclocking on the AMD FX-6100 with this combo?

i think you are able to do somewhere around 4-4,3ghz on that combo

but if you have the cash go with fx-6300

I would go FX-6300 for the added performance , wallet willing though.
That bundle is $220 worth for $160 , hard to pass up. Fry's is my favorite place to go even though it's a 80 minute drive.
