Shader Model 3 on my graphic card?

How come cpuz cannot find shader model on my graphic card when the maunfacturer website states that my graphic does have it?

BFG Geforce 7300 GT 512 mb AGP . This maun. website states it has Shader model 3

Maybe you should use GPU-Z.....

And unless you have a game saying it won't play because you don't have SM 3, there's no issue, anyway.

ACtually this game named AVA Online wont't allow me to select shader model on the option. It can't even detect it, I think.
