Does anyone have any experience with the Sharp MM20 Ultral..

I just saw the sharp MM20 in the store and it looks like a well made
ultralight (2.1 lbs). Does anyone have anything to say about it ?

How is Sharp for after-sales support. I don't expect them to be a
Dell, or IBM, but I hope it's better than Sony.
